All Digital Products Sales and Service and Gift Cards (workshops, webinars, and sessions) are Final and non-returnable. Instant download items are non-returnable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products or gift cards. We will be happy to honor a cancellation of Service if cancelled at least 24 hours before Service appointment. 

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our tangible products. If you are not satisfied with our tangible products, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the refund request being received.
